Visiting Maurys' Pond: 4/7/2013

Had a lovely visit to Maurys house last year. We rowed on her pond.Trixie went swimming and I met many of her dear animals. She is helping her mom now and her lovely homestead is for sale.

Wacissa River: 3/31/2013

 It was a great birding day and I even saw blue winged teals.

Pedrick Pond in Tallahassee: 3/27/2013

This was a very sweet morning at Pedrick Pond. An osprey was fishing. A young heron fished and he was oblivious to me and was playing with his food!

 This heron was playing with his food. He did this for about a half hour before eating the fish he caught.
